FP-HVOF-P system which utilizes propane as fuel, provides an effective solution to production of low porosity wear resistant coatings such as: WC-Co or WCr-NiCr.
Application of FP-HVOF-P system results in improved wear resistance due to the lack of high oxidation in particles with lowered dwell time and temperature. FP-HVOF-P package comprises a control unit for controlling the flow of process gases and also safety devices.
This HVOF system is offered with FP-Rotadisk powder feeder and FP-Freon-10 water chiller.
