HVOF Coating Services:
In High Velocity Oxy Fuel (HVOF) spraying process, the mixture of oxygen and a fuel like as propane, kerosene or acetylene is burned in a barrel shaped combustion chamber. The resulting pressure causes increased velocity in the exit gas stream from the nozzle and the injected feedstock heated particles strike the substrate with enough kinetic energy to build up a dense layer of coating.
We apply wear resistant coatings such as WC-Co and corrosion resistant coatings such as MCrAlY on engineering components for petroleum, petrochemical and power plant industries and for coating process of complex shaped parts, utilizes a robot system.
